Across Australia, many organisations host a wide range of events highlighting disability and NDIS support, helping you to connect with different providers, explore the latest technology and equipment, and also to enjoy a fun day out. In this blog, we will list a variety of events highlighting disability across Australia, and all the details on their locations, what they cover and how to attend.

Ability Fest
Ability Fest is an inclusive and fully accessible music festival in Australia; an initiative started through the Dylan Alcott Foundation. This is the first of its kind in Australia! The idea came to life through Dylan’s love of music festivals and the feeling of acceptance they brought him by just having fun. Ability Fest has been held in Melbourne five times since 2018 and stretched over to Brisbane in 2024.
Ability Fest in 2024 was a huge success, with $587,000 raised to support young people with a disability. A date and tickets for Ability Fest 2025 are still yet to be confirmed, however, click here to join their waiting list to be the first to know when information is released.
At Ability Partners, we are thrilled that there are so many exciting events coming up nationwide highlighting disability and accessibility, creating welcoming and inclusive environments for all.
