What is involved in an Assistive Technology Assessment?
- Sit down interview and review of medical/disability history and challenges that need to be considered
- Series of standardised screening or assessment
- Review of existing items in place
- Brief discussion regarding findings and recommendations
- Physical trial of potentially appropriate equipment (in store or at home)
- Report development if required
