A home modification assessment reviews your safety in your most used environment, your home! One of our experienced OTs will go through any of your concern/challenge areas, complete physical assessment of your functioning around your home and likely take a few snaps of the environment in question. Some measure ups may be required, and a discussion will be had regarding whether there are any appropriate modifications that can be made through the home that will make your life safer and more independent.
