Our Occupational Therapists are experts in supporting you to achieve your goals. From detailed assessments of your needs to ongoing therapy. We can help improve your organisational skills, sensory processing, cognitive or functional abilities. Our therapy team will work with the participant to determine their goals and areas of focus, before then tailoring a therapy plan aiming to achieve these. This should ultimately improve quality of life, which is a big focus for our team of OTs.
Our Occupational Therapy services include:
A home modification assessment reviews your safety and independence in your most used environment your home. One of our experienced OTs will assess your daily challenges, take relevant measurements and photos, and recommend modifications to support safer, more independent living.
Worksite assessments support an NDIS participant in determining suitable tolerances and capabilities in the workplace, and if any modifications are required. The assessment may also help to determine appropriate employment duties for NDIS participants with NDIS Worksite Assessments.
Our team helps you choose the right assistive technology and home modifications to meet your goals. We assess, trial, and recommend equipment that suits your needs while aligning with NDIS guidelines for what is reasonable and necessary.
A functional assessment reviews an individuals ability to perform everyday life activities, covering all areas of function. We conduct detailed assessments of your disability, creating an in-depth report that outlines exactly what support you need.
Do you need specialist housing or intensive care support to live independently? Our team will work with you to choose the type of housing best suited to you, including if Supported Accommodation funding needs to be allocated to modify housing to increase safety and accessibility. We also create detailed reports recommending the support you need to live independently in place you can call home.
A Supported Independent Living assessment can help determine eligibility for NDIS-funded Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA). While sourcing an SDA provider is your responsibility, our assessment identifies the specific features needed to support your safety and independence.
