Drop off and pick up zones
The best drop off and pick up zones closest to the show’s entrance is on Herb Elliott Avenue at the Pullman Hotel. Many other of the nearby streets will be closed off, therefore Herb Elliot Avenue will be the best option when getting dropped off by car.
Accessible Amenities
Quiet Room
In 2025, there will be one quiet room located on MasterChef Grand Parade, which is a great facility for Easter Show Accessibility. This is open from 9am until 9pm every day of the show.
There are also a variety of quieter areas throughout the show, including:
- The Arts and Crafts Pavillion – this is classified as a quiet zone where you can sit down and view what’s on display in the gallery
- The Paddock – a fantastic wide, open and green space to find a shady tree to have a picnic
- On the corner of Hawkesbury Street and New England Ave – here, you will find a nice setup of picnic tables where you can have a rest and see the horses
- The Showbag Pavillion – it is recommended to visit in the morning as it is quieter and less crowded
- The Woolworths Fresh Food Dome – visiting the dome during the afternoon and evening is beneficial, particularly when it is not raining.
Also, the Easter long weekend (18th – 21st of April) are some of the busiest days of the show. Therefore, noise levels are much higher due to the large volume of people making their way through Olympic Park.
Parents Room and Adult Assisted Change Room
The Parents Room located on MasterChef Grand Parade include individual accessible toilet facilities. As well as this, also on MasterChef Grand Parade, is the Adult Assisted Change Room. This is a facility that provides a hygienic and secure environment for those that may need extra support. To enter the change room, a support worker must be present, and a MLAK key issued within NSW and an approved harness must be used. There is also another change room located on the Engie Stadium concourse.
